Deleting your data

On your phone

Open Settings in the app, then Data & Privacy. From there you can delete your body photo, your Closet, your saved Looks, the temporary try-on cache, or all local content at once. Deleting the app removes everything in its container as well.

This is where your photos are, so for most people it is the only step that matters.

On our server

Three things are held server-side and are deliberately not removed by the controls above or by uninstalling:

• Your wallet identifier — a random ID from your keychain, not linked to your name or email
• Your purchased credit balance, and the Apple transaction identifiers that created it
• An App Attest device record and free-allowance count

They are kept on purpose. If deleting local content also wiped these, deleting your Closet would erase credits you paid for, and reinstalling the app would hand out the free allowance again.

To have them removed, email support@tryinspo.app from any address and say you want your server-side records deleted. It helps if you include your wallet identifier, which Settings shows at the bottom of Data & Privacy, but it is not required.

This forfeits any unused credits. They cannot be restored afterwards, because the record that you had them is what gets deleted.

No request photos or generated images are involved in any of this — the server never stores them in the first place.
