Getting a good try-on
The body photo does most of the work. Stand straight with your whole body visible, in fitted clothes, against a plain-ish background. Inspo checks the photo when you add it and tells you if something looks off before you spend a credit.
For clothing, clean front-facing product photos work best — the kind shop listings use. A photo of a garment on a hanger or laid flat works; a busy street-style shot with three people in it does not.
Saving clothes from other apps
In Pinterest, Instagram, or any shop, tap Share and choose Inspo. The photo goes straight into your Closet. If Inspo is not in the share sheet, scroll right and tap More, then turn it on.
Credits
Your first three try-ons are free. After that, credits are a one-time purchase — 10 for $2.99, 20 for $4.99, or 50 for $9.99. They never expire and nothing renews.
One credit is one try-on: a whole outfit of up to four pieces, not one credit per garment. A credit is taken only when a try-on completes. If a generation fails, Inspo retries it automatically and the retry is free; if it still fails, you keep the credit.
Purchases are handled by Apple. To restore credits on a new phone, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple issues refunds, we cannot.
Something went wrong
If try-ons keep failing, check your connection first, then try again in a few minutes — the service has a daily ceiling that protects it from runaway cost, and it resets. If it persists, email us with roughly when it happened and we will look at it.
