Inspo

Terms of Use

Inspo is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your use of the app. The terms below are specific to Inspo and sit alongside it.

What Inspo does

Inspo generates an image showing how clothing might look on you, using Google’s Gemini API. It is a visualisation, not a photograph and not a fitting. Results are approximations: fabric, drape, fit and colour can differ from the real garment. Do not rely on a try-on as the sole basis for a purchase, and do not present a generated image as a real photograph of a person wearing an item.

Your photos

You keep ownership of the photos you add and of the try-ons generated from them. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you upload — including that any photo of a person is of you, or of someone who has agreed to it. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, photos of children, or sexual, hateful or otherwise unlawful content.

Credits and purchases

Fair use of the service

Generating a try-on costs us money per image, so the service has rate limits and a daily ceiling. Do not attempt to bypass them, automate requests, or access the API outside the app. We may limit or end access to the service for use that threatens its cost or availability.

Availability

Inspo depends on a third-party image model and on our own hosted service. Both may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee that a try-on will succeed or that the service will always be available. If the service is discontinued, we will say so on this site.

No warranty, and limits

The app and the service are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country, and where such law conflicts with these terms, that law applies.
